Polish for Kids: From Scattered to Fluent

Students typically arrive already forming phrases and short sentences — but tenses and cases get mixed up along the way. Speech is functional, if messy: they can get their point across, just not yet with grammar that holds up.

This 10-week live cohort takes that messy, functional Polish and tightens it into something reliable. By the end, your child can introduce themselves and their family, handle everyday phrases about school, food, and home, and read short texts and write basic sentences and short paragraphs — with the tenses and cases actually landing.

Each 50-minute live lesson follows the same rhythm: new language input, guided practice, then a real speaking or writing task. Grouping is adjusted weekly, so a child who's further along and one who's just starting both get pushed at the right level — nobody's stuck reviewing what they already know, and nobody's left behind.

• Target Age Group: Ages 11–15 (Other age groups available)
• Skill Level: Intermediate (Basic conversational Polish already in place; building everyday fluency)
• Program Duration: 10 Weeks (October 12 – December 19)
• Live Class Schedule: Thursdays (Other days available)

Course Goals

By the end of 10 weeks, students should be able to:

• Introduce themselves, family, and basic personal info in Polish
• Understand and use everyday phrases tied to daily life, school, food, and home
• Read short, simple texts and write basic sentences/short paragraphs
• Build confidence connecting spoken Polish (often already partially familiar) to reading/writing
